不 出 戶 知 天 下 。
bu4 chu1 hu4, zhi1 tian1 xia4;
not leave door,home know heaven under
Not going out the door, one knows the world.
不 闚 牖 見 天 道 。
bu4 kui1 you3 jian4 tian1 dao4.
not look window see heaven dao
Not looking out the window, one sees heaven's Dao.
其 出 彌 遠 ，
qi2 chu1 mi2 yuan3,
one depart more far
The farther one goes,
其 知 彌 少 。
qi2 zhi1 mi2 shao3.
one know much less
The less one knows.
是 以 聖 人 不 行 而 知 。
shi4 yi3 sheng4 ren2 bu4 xing2 er2 zhi1,
be why wise person not travel yet know
Sages don't go yet know,
不 見 而 明 。
bu4 jian4 er2 ming2,
not see,appear but clear,define
Don't appear yet are clear,
不 為 而 成 。
bu4 wei2 er2 cheng2.
not act but achieve
Achieve without doing.
Don't do yet achieve.
Don't compete yet complete.

the Dao : I haven't been using it much, but I think it fits here.
